This is an example of a County Sheriff who abandoned his oath of office. This very scenario is why "We The People of Wyoming" is in the process of reaching out to every County Sheriff in Wyoming.....you see, citizens created their local and state governments. The state governments created the federal government and the federal government has ignored their Constitutional limitations. The three branches of our government were intended to act as a system of checks and balances against each other. They have invaded each others territory and abused their Constitutional authority and limitations.

We, the citizens have been comatose, strong armed and dumbed down. We have acted as enablers. It's time to wake up, smell the coffee and face the music my friends. Each state must adopt a fall back position of protection via the 10th Amendment. We can then begin sorting through the garbage at our individual state levels. That is why the 10th Amendment exists in our U.S. Constitution. Decisions will begin to be made at the state levels again. State land, water, minerals, commodities and private sector enterprise belong, Constitutionally, to Wyoming citizens. Federal grabs of all, past and present must be halted.

Please remember that we currently have 70% of states in our union who have already passed 10th Amendment legislation or have it pending. Our President has articulated to the World that he respects the sovereignty of Iran. Let's find out if he intends to respect the sovereignty of each state as is our Constitutional right.

Unread hidden laws and one sided legislative processes are about to destroy our country, tear our state sovereignty out from under us and rob us of what little freedom we have left. I do not set entire blame at the doorstep of the Socialist left in America. Republicans have had their tails tucked between their legs for the past 30 years and citizens are more knowledgeable of the personal lives of celebrities than they are of our Contstitutions and governments. Too many believe government to be their savior and paying federal taxes to be an act of patriotism.

The Cowboy Tea Party is a call to action, in an attempt to avoid a call to arms. The latter being our federal government's apparent goal, enabling them to take advantage of the next newly created 'crisis' (in my own personal view, alone).

The US House of Representatives stealthily passed Cap & Trade just after 7pm eastern on Friday June 24th. They are counting on us not doing anything because it is a weekend and typical vacation week.

They have underestimated the grassroots movement. We will not go quietly into the night.

OBJECTIVE: The 8 Republicans who voted FOR HR 2454 have 5 days to change their votes. We need for individuals to mobile enormous numbers of grassroot Patriots to barrage them. We must get them to change their votes, and the clock is ticking.

Lummis Slams Cap and Trade Proposal

A couple of Tea Party participants recently had the bright idea to abduct the movement's Tea Party name in order to form a political third party. They were intending to fish for the required 10,000 signatures needed from within the movement's members. Rob the movement to obtain it's support....wizards of smart. :)

So here comes the disclaimer; I am in no way associated with the formation of "The Wyoming Tea Party" or any individuals involved with it.

The Tea Parties are a grassroots movement. It is not a political party. This is not to say that a grassroots movement can't form a political party. It can when the consensus within the movement calls for this. Two people working outside the mainstream of the movement doesn't constitute a consensus. They would, however, qualify to form a badminton team. My personal view is that third parties have no historical, proven track record of success. They do have a proven track record of irrelevance and failure. If we can't regain control of our own party, we won't achieve building a viable one from scratch and most certainly not with Spongebob & Patrick at the helm.
